the weapons, tools and classes are similar to teamfortress 2 stuff.

Just do it... i can't see how in anyway you could relate the two the scale and objectives are totally different. Classes and weapons are finite between games so thats hardly a strong basis either... you could say the invisibility is the same as the disugise on ETQW it looks absolutely awesome i think i t look really worthwhile and it really is designed for a clan as a whole if you sign up to the beta it even asks if your in a clan i mean what more could you want other than your on agency to take over the world with and i don't remember TF2 having 100's of different weapons either nor 100's of pieces of equipment which are designed around how your character will work whether it is hardcore heavy weapons or sneaky sniping and back stabbing...

Just registered at the website maybe i get beta testing key so i can check it out.

unfortuanately it seems only over 18's for beta so X you'll have to judge it for us and give us some feed back oas i registered as 17 ... oh well

If i get a key for the beta version i will make a review.
